ATI provides appraisal services and valuations for private owners, investors groups, the financial sector and insurance companies. Appraisals can be conducted for industrial and/or agricultural assets for the purposes of determining replacement costs, valuing an operating company (going concern), estimating fair market value, value based on physical depreciation (depreciated value) and liquidation value.

ATI's designs are energy efficient and use by-products as a source of fuel for power generation.
